At The Onyx Empowerment Collective (OEC) we believe that most entities in theory and philosophy value racial equity, however the reality is many are not adequately equipped to make the real organizational culture shifts necessary to create an identity safe work environment for their employees of color especially those who identify as Black.

OEC works to assist entities in their move from theory and philosophy into practice supporting the necessary organizational culture shifts through facilitation, planning, training, coaching, and consultation.
