Disrupting White Supremacy Culture in the Workplace

White Supremacy Culture (WSC) has been ingrained in the fabric of our country and shows up with our organizations.  This training explores the tenets of white supremacy culture at work within workplace, shares practical methods for disrupting WSC, and assists entities in building their capacity to create a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment.

Racial Literacy

As the world is becoming more aware of the impacts of race, culture, and identity there is an increasing need to ensure that the language we use is reflective.  This training explores appropriate language for engaging in conversations, policy development, and organizational culture shifts related to race, culture, and identity.

Cultural Humility

Through building the capacity of cultural awareness, cultural empathy, mindfulness, and self-awareness, this training seeks to move participants beyond tolerance and competency to a life-long commitment of learning and self -reflection regarding culture and identity.

Creating a Diverse, Equitable, and Inclusive Workplace

This training designed specifically for management and front-line personnel explores organizational policies and practices that foster diversity, equity, and inclusion. Topics covered include but are not limited to recruitment and hiring practices, managing bias, affinity spaces, and adapting workplace culture to recognize and respect the unique cultural perspectives and potential of employees.
